What is the process from signing up to getting the full-time engineer?

Step 1: We will schedule a call to learn more about your processes, SOPs, needs and how the ideal SolarEngineer looks like.

Step 2: The moment you are ready to move forward, we will start sourcing your SolarEngineer based on what we learned and agreed.

Step 3: In the meantime our engineering team will be supporting your solar engineering needs. You will start enjoying the benefit of our service right away. But also this will help us train the full-time engineer to your SOPs.

Step 4: Within 2-3 weeks, we should have found the perfect SolarEngineer for you. All screening, interviewing, testing, and vetting is done by our team.

Step 5: Once your SE is found our team supports the onboarding to ensure you and your SE are set up for long-term success.

By now, we already know your SOP and will train the SE to it.

But even after kickoff, we won’t leave you alone. All our Full-time SolarEngineers include Quality Assurance support from our team. It also includes an Engineering Manager that you can interact with on call, messaging or our platform.
